How to make Contact with your Guides & Angels

This Guided Visualization is best read into a tape recorder & played back to yourself when you go to bed.

Focus on the Universal Source of Loving Light. Call On, Ask for a beam of Golden Light, the Transmuting Light of Love, to come down into the top of your head, Transmuting all the tension in your scalp, Relaxing the muscles as it moves down into your neck, relaxing your shoulders. The Golden Light eases all the tensions as it moves down your torso, back and abdomen. Feel it relaxing your arms and hands. Feel the Golden Light move down into your hips, your legs, relaxing all the tensions. Now Feel the Golden Light move out through the soles of your feet and Return to the Universal Source of Loving Light.

Focus on the Universal Source of Loving Light. Call On, Ask for a beam of Purple Light, the Pure Energy of Your Higher Teacher to come into the soles of your feet, rising up your legs and around your legs. Feel the Purple Light rising up into and around your hips, abdomen, back, chest, hands, arms, shoulders, neck and head. Allow the Purple Light to rise out the top of your head, your Crown Chakra and return to the Universal Source of Loving Light. Feel the Purple Light rising up through and around your body, lifting you, carrying you out to rise with the Light. Rising in the Light above your body, above your house, above your town, above your continent, above the Earth, Rising in the Light to a Place half way between Earth and the Universal Source of Loving Light. Feel the Light Energy Flowing. Half way between Earth and the Universal Source of Loving Light is the Place where your Higher Teacher is waiting for you.

Become Aware of this Sacred Place that your Higher Teacher has Created to Meet with you. Become Aware of your Higher Teacher and the Loving Energy that your Higher Teacher imparts to you. Open your Heart and your Mind to Receive the Knowledge that your Higher Teacher has to impart to you.............

After you become acquainted with your Higher Teacher, after while you may use this Guided Visualization to also meet your Guides & Angels, too.
