Sex isn't the only time that people Cord each other. In face, the Cords are usually Attached Looong before the couple decides to have sex. It usually happens within the first few interactions between people, and not even involving sex or people that you would ever consider having sex with!!! These people most often are people you interact with regularly: family members, class mates, co-workers, friends, acquaintances, even people that you only meet seldom, like even at the store.

Most of it has to do with Power Plays and Manipulation. Some people are Energy Vampires, and they Cord everyone around them, sometimes even casual contact, like a clerk in a store. These people are usually aggressive.

Some are passive-aggressive: "snake in the grass". I work in retail, and I'm one of the few people I know who actually can, and likes to be at the register all day long. Most people get drained after a few hours. I don't because I look each customer in the eye, Acknowledging the God-Essence WithIN, and I always manage to touch their hand when exchanging money. If I get distracted and don't do this little Exchange, I find myself getting tired, as well, because I'm giving out more than I'm getting back. Also, I like to build myself an Energy Structure to stand in at the register. This helps me a lot. Not only does it Connect me to the Universal Energies, it keep those would-be Vampires from being able to Attach to me. ;-)

My favorite way to De-Cord is to place myself in the Eternal Flame. This is: *Call On* a column of Light from the Creator, bring it down through the top of your head, your Crown Chakra, filling every cell in your body, and Ground it down into Mother Earth, through your Grounding Cone. See the Universal Energies mixing with Mother Earth Energy. See Mother Earth is Filled, Cleansed, Whole, Healed, Happy, Healthy. Feel Mother Earth Energy as it Rises back up through your Grounding Cone, Rising back up through your body, permeating every cell, Energy Rising up to Fountain out the top of your head, your Crown Chakra, and Return to Earth! FEEL the Energy Flowing, down, up, in, out.... FEEL yourSelf WithIN a cocoon of Radiant Loving Light!

FEEL all Energy Cords and Attachments, dissolve, melting away, and return to their Source. All your Cords return to you. Now, take your hands, Slowly & Gently caress your Physical Aura, about 4-6 inches from your Body, from head to toe. If you Feel any Resistance or Blockages, grab a hold of it and Gently work it out of your Chakra. Concentrate Light into the Blocked Chakra or Area. Firmly, but Gently work the Attachment/Cord out of your Body and Release it In Love back to its Source, or Ground it into Mother Earth; this will give the other person a more Healthy & Grounded Source of Energy.

When you are Clear, then pick those people you Intuitively Feel drawn to, and *Ask* their Spirit to join you in a Circle. Open your Heart in Love and See a Beam of Pink Light (or like Rose Quartz) stretching out in front of you. There is a Loop/Ring on the end that isn't quite closed. See each person in your Circle Open their Heart in Love and See a Beam of Pink Light (Rose Quartz) stretch out with a Loop/Ring on the end. Walk around your Circle and *Ask* each person if they would like to Connect Heart Rings with you In Love and Free Will. If they say "yes", then See your Heart Rings Connecting. Anytime these Connections can Easily be Disconnected when the need arises.
