Hi All,

A week ago Tuesday, in our support group, Michelle was asking for a guided visualization to help her clear "gunk" out of her life. Sharri agreed and I started to hear intuitively that I had a powerful one to share. We did it, and we all got affected by it. So... I am hearing to share it with each of you....

"Bringing Down the Christ Energies:

Get centered and focus on the creator above. Bring down a column of gold light from the creator that totally encompasses your body and then moves down into the planet. Feel yourself bath in this column of gold light, and as you do, feel all the negativity in your body get washed away, for gold light transmutes negativity and turns it into positive. Feel as the gold light permeates every muscle, every tissue, every organ and bone. Now as you feel your negativities dissolve, notice that your column of light is permeating the planet and transmuting the planet. Notice that the planet is becoming gold light. Notice as every plant, animal, tree, body of water, mountain and all beings who reside here also absorbs the gold light from the planet and they have their negativities transmuted.

Now focus on the creator above and see white light come down your column. Your column of becomes a column of pure white light. For white contains all colors, and is the Christ's light. Feel yourself bathed in the beautiful white light. Feel every cell in your body infused with the white light. Feel your aura infused with the white light. Feel your other dimensional bodies infused with the white light. And again, know that as you are filled with it, so is the planet.

Now when you are filled with the white light, feel your body become particles of God, feel it disappear in the light and become one with the light. Now feel your body particles expand, up the column of white light to the creator. Feel yourself become one with the creator, while at the same time you become one with the planet below. You become one with God and the planet simultaneously. Feel yourself healed totally and as you heal, feel the planet healed.

Now feel yourself come back into physical form, still in the column of white light. First your legs become solid. Feel your root Chakra become solid and start to activate and feel your second Chakra activate and your body become solid to that point. Then feel your third Chakra activate and feel your body become solid to your navel. Then feel your heart Chakra activate and your body become solid to your heart. Then feel your fifth Chakra activate and your body become solid to your fifth Chakra. Then feel your third eye activate and your body become solid to that point. Then feel your crown Chakra activate and your body become totally solid, still bathed in the white light. Now feel your 8th Chakra become activated and your aura is cleansed and clear and all your dimensional bodies activated.

Now as you are whole..feel yourself healed, one with God, and one with the planet. As you were healed so was the planet and all beings on the planet. Become aware of your Christedness.. that you are the Christ energies expressing on the planet. Remember this and feel it. Spend some quiet time seeing if there are any messages from your guides and teachers and when you are ready open your eyes and come back into the room."
