Grounding Meditation, Guided Visualization

Find a comfortable Tree with which to Share the Energies. Sit with your back to the Tree. Breath deeply & Relax......... From the Creator, Ask for & Call On a beam of Orange Light,the Revitalizing, Energizing, & Pleasureful Light, to be Grounded into Mother Earth beside you & your Companion Tree. See & Feel the Orange Light descending into Mother Earth, Expanding & Filling Her with Revitalizing & Pleasureful Light Energy. Watch as Mother Earth is totally Filled with the Radiant Orange Light. Each Living Thing on the Mother Earth is also Filled with the Revitalizing Orange Light.

As EveryThing is Filled with the Orange Light, so are you & your Companion Tree. Feel the Revitalizing Orange Light rising up through your legs & bottom, & up through your torso, hands & arms, shoulders, neck & head. As the Revitalizing Orange Light is rising up through you, Experience it also rising up through your Companion Tree. Out the top of the Tree & out the top of your head to Return a beam of Rejuvenating Orange Light to the Creator. Feel the Circle of Energy Running, from the Creator, through the Mother Earth, Through you & the Tree & back to the Creator. Energy Running. Rejuvinating. Revitalizing. Energizing. ........

For the 11:11 Celebration a few years ago, Laurie Grant led a group of us through a Grounding The Light Guided Visualization Meditation. This is from my memory of that Celebration and a little bit of my own thrown in. (The Colors & Entities for the Directions seem to vary, depending on which "School" you follow.) Use whatever is comfortable for you....

[About ~^*Grounding Cords*^~ My first introduction to the term and technique was to Visualize a rope/tail/extension of my spine running to the Center of Mother Earth where I tied it in a knot around the Core. Alas, that knot was always coming untied..... Then someone else told me to expand that rope to the whole width of my body and turn it into a tree trunk with many strong roots descending into the Earth. Ugh, that made me feel Stuck, slow and sluggish, like in order to move it was like wading in a swamp up to my waist!...... Then at the 11:11 Meditation held here in the Seattle Area, by Laurie Grant, she told us to Ground our Energies through a Grounding Cone, starting at our Solar Plexus and spreading out down around our body like a long skirt, down into Mother Earth, down to the core of the Earth where it has expanded to be as big around as the Earth HerSelf!!! I have never come unGrounded since!!! :-) I am free to move and dance inside my Grounding Cone/skirt.]

UNIVERSAL GROUNDING MEDITATION

Stand comfortably so you are able to relax completely. Close your eyes and breathe deeply. Focus your Attention on the Creator. Visualize a *Funnel* from the Universe coming down into the top of your head and Grounding into your Body at your 2nd Chakra. Also, Imagine a point within your Heart being the top of the Cone which Grounds your Energy into Mother Earth. Your Grounding Cone goes all the way to the Center of Earth. Say aloud, "I Call-on All the Loving Universal Light Energies. I Call-on the Loving Light and Funnel it down into my Body. The Loving Light fills me and is Grounded down through my Grounding Cone into Mother Earth." Now, face the East and say, "I Call-on Arch Angel Gabriel, Keeper of the Gold and Yellow Loving Energies. I Funnel these Transmuting, Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Face the South and say, "I Call-on Arch Angel Michael, Keeper of the Silver and Crimson Energies. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Face the West and say, "I Call-on The Goddess, the Christ-Mother Mary, Keeper of the Black Void and the Blue Spectrum. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Face the North and say, "I Call-on Universal Christ, Keeper of the Clarity and White Light. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Now, complete the Circle, back to the East. Continue on to face the South-East and say, "I Call-on Christ BEing of Orion, Keeper of the Purple Ray, our Soul's Wisdom. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Face the South-West and say, "I Call-on Arch Angel Raphael, Keeper of all the Green and Healing Energies. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Move to face the North-West and say, "I Call-on Christ-AU-Sri-Rom, Keeper of the Orange Energies. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Move to face the North-East and say, "I Call-on Arch Angel Ariel, Keeper of the Pink Energies. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Complete the Circle once more to the East. Look straight up and say, "I Call-on Christ Saint Germaina, (a Feminine Entity to me) Keeper of the Infra-Red and Ultra-Violet Rays. I Funnel these Loving Energies down through my Body and Ground them into Mother Earth through my Grounding Cone."

Once more, face each direction, Completing the Circle for the Third time. FEEL All Loving Rainbow Light fill your head. Transmuting the all the tensions and Revitalizing all your cells. Feel the Light traveling down your neck, into your shoulders, Relieving all your tensions, down your arms and into your hands. Feel the Light moving down your torso, down your chest and back. Feel the Radiant Rainbow Light moving down through your internal organs, Vitalizing each cell, Releasing the Negativity Energies, and Transmuting it. Feel the Light moving on down through your abdomen and lower back into your hips. Feel each cell being Revitalized. Allow the Loving Rainbow of Light to move down your legs, down, down, and into your feet. Your whole body is filled with Loving Light. You are Feeling Radiant.

Now, See and Feel the Loving Light Flow out of your body through all of your Root Chakras: your hands, your feet, and the base of your spine; See/Feel the Loving Light Flowing into Mother Earth. Down to the Core of Mother Earth, where your Grounding Cone is secured.

See and Feel the Loving Rainbow Light pouring through your body, down your Grounding Cone, into Mother Earth, filling Mother Earth with Loving Rainbow Light. See and Feel Mother Earth filled, Negativity Transmuted, and Mother Earth is Whole, Healed and Radiant, a Glowing BEing of Loving Radiant Rainbow Light. See and Feel the Loving Light mixing with Mother Earth Energy and rising back up your Grounding Cone. Rising up your Grounding Cone to fountain out the top of your head, and Return to Mother Earth.

Feel the Vitalizing Earth Energy rising up through your body, and from the Creator, through you to Mother Earth! Feel....Feel the Circle of Energy!!! Feel the Flow! Feel the Energy Flow in the Circle; from the Creator to through you, down through your Grounding Cone, rising up your Grounding Cone & Body to fountain out the top of your head to return to Mother Earth. FEEL..... the Power, the Loving Power. BE Aware of your Commitment, the Commitment of every cell in your Body to be a Conduit for the Loving Radiant Rainbow Light!!! BE Aware of the Energy Flow. BE the Flow......

Now, BE Aware of and Expand your Aura: one foot Physical, three foot Trinity, seven foot Divine-Duality, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen feet is One, Oneness, All One........ Love IS!

Well, one good turn deserves another, so how about a Whirling Dervish. Whirling, twirling & spinning is actually very therapeutic. Spinning clock-wise Grounds the Spirit into/through the Body, promoting Life & longevity.

Note: when Spinning and you get dizzy, stop and move your hips in a large counter-clock-wise circle. This "pulls" the dizziness right out of your head!! Strange but True......

I Call on ALL the Universal Light & Loving Energies.

I Proclaim ALL the Universal Light & Loving Energies to BE Funneled down through the top of my head, my Crown Chakra. Filling every cell in my Body with Loving Light. Transmuting all stored Negative Thoughts & Feelings. Relaxing & Releasing all Tensions & Toxins. Rejuvenating my cellular Energy Patterns in Love & Light! I Ground ALL the Universal Light & Loving Energies down into Mother Earth through my Universal Grounding Cone!

I face the East.

I Honor Arch Angel Gabriel in the East and Funnel the Transmuting Loving Energy of Golden-Yellow Energy down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the South.

I Honor Arch Angel Michael in the South and Funnel the Crimson, Life Giving Energy, and the Silver Transmuting Energy down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the West.

I Honor Mother Mary, the Goddess Chaos! And Funnel Black Energy of the Void of UnKnown Possibilities, and the Blue-Indigo of Spiritual Wisdom, and Blue-Turquoise of Communication, and Baby-Powder-Blue of Purity of Thought down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the North.

I Honor Christ Sananda, the Universal Christ, and Christ Jeshua ben Joseph, the Planetary Christ. I Funnel the Loving White Light of Clarity down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the North East.

I Honor Arch Angel Ariel, and Funnel the Pink Energy of Loving Self-Respect down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the South East.

I Honor Christ Orion & Christ Ashtar, and Funnel the Loving Purple Light of Spiritual Understanding down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the South West.

I Honor Arch Angel Raphael, and Funnel the Green Healing Energies down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the North West.

I Honor Christ Au-Sri-Rom-A, and Funnel the Loving Orange Light of Vitality down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

I face the East, once again and continue facing each Direction around the Circle for a third time.

I look straight up,

I Honor Christ Saint Germaina, and Funnel the Loving Infra-Red and Ultra-Violet Rays down through my Body, Filling every cell, & Grounding the Loving Energies through my Grounding Cone.

Three Cycles are Complete

So BE It!
