Dear Lynn,

Make the world stop for just one second and come here, right here with my words, right now, this moment and only this moment. Here. Now. Good.

Now settle just a minute. Maybe place your hands to your heart. After you finish reading these words, take a nice breath and close your eyes. Great. Now, Lynn, I want you to spend just a moment or so listening to your thoughts. Can you hear them? Good, spend a few minutes just listening to what they are saying. Interesting, aren't they, those old thoughts. They barely
ever stop!

I think its fun to listen to them carry on. Now, Lynn, after you have listened to your thoughts for a few moments, I would like to ask you this question: If you are thinking, who is that listening to your thoughts?

That is the witness. The witness is the listener. He can hear and he can Witness. The witness has the ability to watch anything without reaction, it is witness to life. It is in you. It is the part of you that views through the layers of the nagual. That is the gateway, every gateway. You are God. That part of you is God. You are here Watching and Witnessing for the forces that drive life from the nagual - that Witness is the place where you serve your dreamer as it dreams through you - you get to Watch. And you also are dreaming for those you dream. So they see through the layers of your dream as you dream them. They don't even exist until you dream them.

And the same part of you that is listening to your thoughts is the same part of you that does all that cool stuff. It is the part that Sees and Watches. And it takes no energy for that. Everything that is Not that uses All our Energy until the day we die. And all we had to do was Watch and then flick an eyelash at the right moment and the whole wide world and beyond transforms.
